Emily’s relationship with dance has changed drastically over the years. What once was a strict pursuit of perfectionism and achievement in classical ballet, returned back to its original form of profound self-healing and soul expression.
Emily blends her dance background, yoga training, and the powers of the elements within nature to create a dance experience that unlocks your inner freedom and connects you deeply to your own soul. Sacred movement sessions can include as much or as little of both free-form dance movement and traditional yoga asanas, based on your own needs and preferences.
No previous dance training is required. These sessions are very beginner friendly!
